WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can use all major credit cards and PayPal in our store.
IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE?
McCormick&Sterling adheres to a strict privacy policy to protect your personal information. We will never release or sell your personal information to anyone. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Socket Layer Technology), which is commonly used on the internet for processing payments securely.
ORDER TRACKING
Nearly all of our orders have a tracking number, which will be emailed to you following an order. In your email, you will find a link and/or instructions if you wish to track your order.
If you run into any technical issues or are unable to track your order, please contact us at support@mccormickandsterling.com. If you need more information about your shipment, we'll do our best to assist you!
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED? When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to the registered email address you used at checkout. The tracking number is usually available within the next few days after dispatch. You can also check our online order tracking page.
THE TRACKING SITE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE YET.
Sometimes, postal tracking services mark an order as delivered when it has reached your local post office, even though you have not yet received your package. This is normal. In this case, please wait a few more days for your postal service to deliver the package to your home or contact your local post office, as they may hold the item for you.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
McCormick&Sterling ships worldwide every day. Shipping is available to most places around the world.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. Nearly all orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. Please view our Shipping Information page for specific details.
MY ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE ON TIME. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If, for any reason, your items do not arrive within 15 business days from the purchase date, please contact support@mccormickandsterling.com so we can assist you. We respond promptly and are happy to help.
For customers outside the US: Please note that for orders outside the US, it usually takes up to 15 business days for your order to be delivered. This is normal.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Nearly all of our orders will be delivered to you within 5-7 business days of placing the order. However, in some cases, certain orders may take longer to arrive due to circumstances that are out of our control.
HOW IS THE PACKAGE DELIVERED?
This depends on where you live and which product you order. The package will be delivered to your home, mailbox, porch, or local post office with a notice left in your mailbox.
Most orders will be available for pickup from your local post office once you receive a notice in your mailbox. This can also happen if a mail carrier attempted to deliver the package to your home, but no one was there to accept it, and it, therefore, couldn't be left in a safe place.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
Orders over $100 include free shipping, while orders less than $100 require a shipping fee, which varies based on your specific location and cart total. All of our products, including jewelry and clothing, ship from the US.
FROM WHERE IS MY PACKAGE BEING SHIPPED?

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
If you have received a damaged product from McCormick&Sterling, please send us a photo or video within 30 days of receiving the product as proof of the damage, and we will either issue a full refund or send you a new piece right away (free of charge). You can send us the photos or videos by email at support@mccormickandsterling.com. We respond promptly and are eager to help you.
I'VE ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS! CAN I CHANGE IT?
If this happens, email us at support@mccormickandsterling.com as soon as possible, and we may be able to take care of it. However, we can't guarantee anything in this case, as all of our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or the day after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Please contact us anyway, as we still care and will try to help in any case. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
Please note: If we cannot cancel the order, we will not offer a refund if you entered the wrong shipping address.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
After placing your order, the details are immediately sent to our shipping department for processing, which typically takes 1-3 business days. Once processed, tracking information is generated and sent to our team to update your order status and send you a shipping confirmation email. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as quickly as possible after placing your order. While we can't guarantee changes can be made, we'll do our best to assist you.
Please ensure that all the information you provide is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in the mail or other mishaps from occurring.
NOTE: For all customers who provide a different shipping address from their permanent address, we will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and/or if you have moved from the address you provided us.
