All our products are made and shipped from the United States, allowing us to provide faster delivery times to U.S.-based customers. Depending on the product category and production partner, shipping times and carriers may vary. We work with trusted production partners to fulfill your orders.

While the majority of our customers receive their order within 5-7 business days of purchase, the following outlines our estimated processing and transit times.

Estimated Delivery Times

 

Jewelry & Necklaces:

  • Processing Time: 1-4 business days
  • Shipping Time (Transit): 3-5 business days 
  • Total Delivery Time: Approximately 4-9 business days (During peak periods like holidays, delivery times may vary.)

Apparel Products:

  • Processing Time: 2-3 business days
  • Shipping Time (Transit): 3-5 business days 
  • Total Delivery Time: 5-8 business days

 

All times exclude clearance/customs delays. Shipping/transit times may differ during holidays and peak periods. 

Once your package has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at the time you placed the order. Please allow 1 business day for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information.

What carriers do you use?
Our production partners commonly use UPS or USPS, however, they may select other carriers depending on the destination and shipping conditions.

 

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 1 business day for tracking information to update.

 

What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package has not arrived within 15 business days from the purchase date, please contact us at support@mccormickandsterling.com so we can assist you. We respond promptly and are happy to help.

 

Where in the U.S. do you ship from?
All of our jewelry-related products ship from 3360 Scherer Dr Ste A, St. Petersburg, FL 33716. Our clothing/apparel-related products also ship from within the U.S., and have multiple locations. When you place an order for a clothing item, the shipment facility closest to your delivery address will be used.
