Refund Policy

At McCormick&Sterling, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your item, we offer returns for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Return Requirements

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund.

  • Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging included (including any boxes, certificates, and tags for jewelry).

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged, in which case we will cover the return shipping.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain items, such as custom-made or perishable products, may not be eligible for returns. These items will be clearly marked on their product pages.

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at support@mccormickandsterling.com with your order ID and full name. Our team will guide you through the process. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if your return has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@mccormickandsterling.com.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@mccormickandsterling.com within 30 days of receiving the product. Include photos or a video of the issue, and we will either send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.

Lost in Transit

We strive to meet the shipping times displayed on our website, but external factors such as customs or carrier delays may occur. If your order does not arrive within 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us for a replacement or a full refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

McCormick&Sterling is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the provided shipping address. If you experience an issue, please contact your shipping carrier. We will provide tracking information and delivery details to help resolve the matter.

Policy Abuse

McCormick&Sterling reserves the right to deny returns if we suspect misuse or abuse of our Return & Refund Policy. Any fraudulent activity or violation of these terms will result in a declined return.
