Return Requirements

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a return/refund request.

Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging included (including any boxes, certificates, and tags for jewelry).

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged, in which case we will cover the return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain items, such as custom-made, personalized, or perishable products, may not be eligible for returns. These types of products are made on demand, excluding them from returns.
Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at support@mccormickandsterling.com with your order ID and full name. Our team will guide you through the process. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if your return has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@mccormickandsterling.com.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@mccormickandsterling.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Include photos or a video of the issue, and we will either send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.
Delayed in Transit
We strive to meet the shipping times displayed on our website, but external factors such as customs or carrier delays may occur that are completely out of our control. If your order does not arrive within 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, you can contact us for a refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
McCormick&Sterling is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the provided shipping address. If you experience an issue, please contact your shipping carrier. We will provide tracking information and delivery details to help resolve the matter.
